Is it necessary for you to visit my apartment in order to give a quotation?

No, a visit isn't required.

Do you give quotations over the phone?

Sorry. In order to avoid misunderstanding, we do not provide quotations over the phone. We can only confirm availability over the phone.

Do you provide boxes to pack my belongings?

Our service doesn't include boxes. To purchase cardboard box and bubble wrap, please refer to the moving box service page.

Does your service include packing?

No, we don't provide packing service.

What kind of service are you good at? What kind of people do you mainly serve?

We mainly handle small jobs (e.g., moving in/out of a guest house, 1 room 1DK , 2DK, etc.). We cater to singles or couples who don't have a lot of volume.

Can you move or hoist items through a window or balcony?

We can't move or hoist any furniture or items through a window or balcony to or from the ground level. This is because we do not have the proper equipment to lift furniture or items this way.

Is it possible to use both moving and disposal service on the same day?

This is possible. We just ask that you request this at least 2 days in advance.

Can you transport an IKEA wardrobe and bookshelf from my friend's house to my apartment?

Even if IKEA wardrobes, large TV stands, or bookshelves over 1.5m tall can be moved out of the room while assembled, they do not have the durability to withstand being loaded onto a truck and transported to the destination. Items like those shown in the photos below can only be transported if disassembled into their original flat-pack state. We cannot move them while fully assembled.

The interior of many IKEA furniture pieces is made of paper-based material rather than solid wood, and once screws are loosened, the screw holes often become stripped and will no longer hold securely. This is why most Japanese moving companies refuse to transport IKEA furniture. (The photos below were taken when disposing of an IKEA desk.)

Discount Options

Option 1: "Nighttime Discount"

After 10 PM, there is less traffic, so the moving truck takes less time to travel. We offer a nighttime discount for this. However, large moves at night are not allowed because they disturb neighbors. This discount is only for small moves or when used together with Option 2 (Street Plan)..

Option 2: "Street Plan"

On moving day, customers bring all their belongings to the building entrance near the street where the truck can park. Together with the driver, customers load the belongings into the truck. At the new place, the driver unloads the belongings near the building entrance by the street, but customers carry their belongings from there to their room by themselves.With this plan, you can save from 10% up to 50% off the regular moving price.
