Additional charges

Weekend & Holidays If you need to move on the weekend & holidays, we will charge you 2,000 yen more in addition to the basic fee.
Outside the central Tokyo area If you need to move outside of central Tokyo area, extra fees will be charged to account for fuel and time costs. These will be discussed at the time of the quotation.
Please be advised that for any items to be disposed, we will not pay you for the items nor will we pick them up at no charge, regardless of their condition. If they are in good condition, we recommend listing them on a site such as Craigslist. The quotation is based on the photo of the items which you sent to us. If you would like to use our dispose service, please send us a photo of all disposal items. We will finalize the quotation once you can confirm the final items to be dispose.

Discount Plans

Option 1: Pre-Disassembly Discount If you disassemble large items like wardrobes, sofas, kitchen units, desks, shelves, and bed frames before our driver arrives, you can get a discount. The items should be taken apart so that they can be carried through hallways, stairs, the entrance, and elevators.
Option 2: Pre-Disassembly and Sorting Discount If you do what’s needed in Option 1, and also remove metal fittings, and separate materials like iron, wood, and plastic from items like bed frames, desks, and bookshelves, you might get an even bigger discount.

*Our waste collection service involves the following steps: - Visit to your home → Transport waste to truck → Separate waste by type (metal, wood, plastic, clothing, combustible, non-combustible, recyclable, etc.) → Take each type of waste to the appropriate disposal site → Pay disposal and recycling fees → Final disposal - Separating waste yourself in advance can help you skip some of these steps and reduce costs.
Option 3: "Street Plan" You move all items to your building entrance (outside) near where our truck can park before our driver arrives. If your location is in central Tokyo, we can collect your items at the minimum price shown in red on our price list.
